Whether you’re looking for something long-term, or require the flexibility of a short-term lease, we are happy to tailor lease terms to suit your needs.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.
Resident Referral Bonus
If you love it here, spread the word! Refer someone who signs a lease and moves in, and you can earn a bonus. Stop by the office for details.

Additional fees include:
- Administrative Processing Fee: $6
- Trash: $12
- Pest Control: $5
- Amenity Fee: $35
- Water: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
- Electric: Based on usage. Residents must set up an account with an electricity provider
- Pet: If applicable, $20 per pet
Thanks for your question! Residents may park in our parking garage on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do offer reserved parking spaces at $50 per month. Guests may park in designated areas outside of the parking garage.
